Time for another edition of The Beadcage Newsletter.
 Although The Beadcage was closed for the Fourth of July there was still a generous share of fireworks at The Beadcage. The Trollbead Trunk Show held the first weekend of July was very successful. Although a lot of planning went into the event, there were still many beads so popular that a reorder was required to fill the demand.
 The Christmas in July Sale was also truly a blast. Customers were able to get a sneak peek at many of the items we will be offering this holiday season. Those who ventured in to plan and prepare early were treated to Christmas music and special prices. The one-day only event is destined to become a Beadcage tradition.
Enough looking back, you say? What lies ahead? Well, new items are coming to The Beadcage daily. For example, take a look at our insulated wine caddies. Some designed to hold one and some designed to hold two bottles of your favorite vintage. The smaller carriers even have a special pocket with a corkscrew/bottle opener included.
 The August edition of Harper's Bazaar Magazine contained an ad for a Trollbead bracelet that set things ablaze. The calls and emails are still coming in to request the bracelet. The bracelet shown has a mixture of both silver and gold and with a retired bead also included it is a bracelet very hard to duplicate. The Beadcage is one of few sources capable of the duplication and our supplies are dwindling rapidly. The good news is that there are some easy variations possible and those variations may also lower the cost.
 There will be a Kameleon Trunk Show on August 3rd and 4th. This unique jewelry is becoming more popular each day. The many different styles are made into your own one of a kind piece of wearable art by inserting your choice of the many 'jewel pops'. The combinations are endless. It is now possible to have jewelry to match everything you own.
The Big news for this month is our guest instructor. On Saturday August 25th from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Cristie Prince will be offering a beading class. Ms. Prince was featured earlier this year in Beadwork magazine. Don't miss the chance to learn how to make a masterpiece.
August signals the beginning of "Dog Days" and all the Mom's have started to hum happily with the approach of "Back to School". Let The Beadcage wrap your Summer up.
