The Beadcage wants to start off with a big "Thank You" to all who helped make the Pink Lemonade Sale such a success. The cakes and brownies donated by so many of you were delicious. To those who donated additional time to help serve, your smiles were greatly appreciated. Finally, to all of you who shopped during this "One Day Only" event, a very special thanks. If you missed this event you really missed out on something special. There were pink balloons everywhere, a live radio remote, a Trollbeads Trunk Show, and special savings available throughout the store. There were fantastic door prizes given away every two hours and the pink lemonade and cake were FREE. The Beadcage even had its very own breast cancer survivor showcasing her beadwork at the front door.

The Beadcage would like to start off November by acknowledging the Steeplechase at Callaway Gardens. Many of our patrons have mentioned their fondness for this event so The Beadcage would like to play a small part in making it even more enjoyable for you. The Beadcage will be offering a Steeplechase special on Friday and Saturday (that's November 2nd and 3rd. If you purchase a Versorvino you will be able to purchase an insulated wine caddy at 40% off the regular price. That will be all you need to complete the perfect Steeplechase afternoon.

The Beadcage has news for our Lady customers brand new Mylinkas have arrived. Artist Rita Diana in New York designs Mylinka handbags. She uses only the finest Italian lambskin leather and adorns the bags with Swarovski crystals. Each Mylinka is a work of art.

The Beadcage has some interesting things on the November class schedule. On Saturday the 3rd of November The Beadcage will have a Kit Day from 1-3p.m. This means that any kit you purchase pays for the class. There will be an instructor on hand to help guide you through the steps and instructions on your kit. On Saturday November 10th Rosalinda King will be back to teach Bead Crochet. Come in to The Beadcage to see lovely examples of her work. On Saturday November 17th Elaine Pinkney will be at The Beadcage to teach the Dutch Spiral Slide. Examples of this have been featured in Bead and Button Magazine and her jewelry has been displayed in New York at the Museum of Art and Design. Her class will be $50.00 and The Beadcage will soon have an example in house for you to view. Saturday November 24th The Beadcage will offer a Pendant Wire Wrap class. Brendah Coyle will teach this class.

Be sure to be on the lookout this month for Ms. Paula. She will be out and about spreading the word about The Beadcage and all we have to offer. Look for her at special events in the area. (AFLAC, CB&T, Green Island and others).
